Last week saw Epsom host the 2024 National Association of Racing Staff Annual General Meeting.
A meeting that covered many of the current topics, including the much talked about Drug and Alcohol testing that is currently being discussed.
With George McGrath covering much of his Chief Executive report, other topics included the Education Programme, Racecourse Inspections Programme, and the Finances.
NARS Vice President Julia Bennet spoke on behalf of the NARS President Jemma Marshall who was unable to attend.
We also had an excellent talk from Heather Johnson regarding the Racing Home project, an excellent initiative to support Mum’s in the industry, from pregnancy to returning to work, and all the great help and support they can provide.
